Professional and Personal background
Professionally: Catherine has 30 years experience working as a health and wellness advocate. First as a Registered Nurse and Midwife. Leaving the NHS to a natural and holistic approach to wellbeing. With qualifications in: Health coaching/mentorship, Emotional freedom technique, Nutrition for health diploma, Hatha Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Catherine has a wide range of experience in health care.
Personally: Catherine’s personal life experiences support additional insight, compassion and understanding.
A mother of four, her second son, George, died of a brain tumour, in 2009. This experience led to her own healing journey.
With her experience with weight fluctuation, sugar addiction and chronic health symptoms.
Catherine new she had to change her lifestyle and take a deeper dive into changing her life and heal .
She now shares her experience with others.
