Mindful Yoga Class Timetable 2025
Mindful Yoga is the combination or Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga. It supports mind, body, spiritual & emotional health and wellbeing.
Mindful Yoga helps you to: Strengthen the body · Focus the mind · Increase stamina · Improve posture and balance · relax · reduce stress and tension · Connects you to breath, body and present moment awareness and nurtures inner peace.
Women’s Mindful Warrior Yoga Classes offer a deeper experience and more emphasis on body, breath, awareness. Connecting to our true essence and experiencing yoga as being rather than doing practise.

18:00 - -19:00hrs - Mindful Warriors - Women’s Yoga class online
Saturday
9.30am - 10.30am - Mindful Well Woman - In Person at The Lotus Retreat
11.15am - 12.30pm - Embodied Mindfulness + Yoga class - In person (TBC) 2025
