Other things to consider for a productive and peaceful yoga session:

  • Please dial into the session 5 - 10 minutes before it is due to start.

  • Make sure you have everything you need to hand - a towel, your mat, perhaps some water, and blanket for relaxation/yoga Nidra.

  • Have enough space around you so that you can do the poses safely.

  • Feel free to ask questions if there is something you need clarification about.
